The world’s a stage and we are all magicians.

I am an ambitious and imaginative mixed-background queer woman whose work looks to the future and holds deep connections to the past. My work, which is heavily focused on intergenerational pulls, is rooted in powerful narratives and performances and presents fresh perspectives to audiences in inclusive and inspiring way.

From film director, writer, cultural storyteller, choreographer, photographer, or producer, to community leader, arts/culture educator, cultural conservator, and creative enabler, my professional ethos combines bold creative vision, diligence and skill, and inspirational leadership to bring the imagination to life and spark meaningful and magical change in our world.

ART: Through the use of films, photography, dance, and experiences, I make art that educates and inspires. My films have been included in some of the most prestigious film festivals and institutions like Toronto International, and Modern Museum of Art (MoMA) and ICA, and have been used as alternative education tools for children across the UK. I have also created cultural dance pieces and experiences that have been included in programs for the British Museum, the Royal Academy of Arts, BBC, and many more.

SPACE: In building creative communities I have helped to instill confidence in women of diverse backgrounds by providing a space for them to realize and and share their own unique creative skills and abilities. I have been a launchpad for women to take on new creative endeavors, and to learn from and teach each other. Through these communities women have gained invaluable access and support for their work and their personal lives.

CHANGE: Art and change are bound to each other. It is a vital that all projects that I lead are focused on affecting forward-looking change, and it is my desire that anything I create might be a catalyst for conversation and healing. I create for future.

MAGIC: I believe that Magic is the ability to inspire and to be inspired. By igniting imagination and encouraging individuality, I help empower people to witness the magic of the world, and to share their own. My approach is joyful, colorful, curious and rebellious. Seeing the world as both the tools and the canvas, I consider my life to be my greatest work of art.

Places you can find me:
- In my studio, building, making, doing, and figuring out how to help others do the same.
- On a film set or in an edit suite, or in the depths of a creative process, (hyper) focused on making another piece to help educate through entertainment and experience.
- Behind the camera, taking photographs of modern-day women.
- In the dance studio, empowering women through ancient and modern movement.
- At a community or social event, bringing people together and encouraging my mini armies to pursue positive change in the world.
- With my loved ones, refueling.
- Eating.
